Translating Your Documents
Every foreign document submitted to the USCIS as part of your immigration case must be translated to English.
But this translation does not have to be notarized and you do not have to pay a lot of money to a notary. Someone who speaks both languages well can translate the document.
However, all translations require a certification made by a translator or an independent person who is fluent in both languages and who can attest that the each document has been translated correctly.
We can translate supporting documents such as certificates of birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, and death. Each translation will be accompanied by a stamped certification.
Currently, we have translators of the following languages:
Spanish Italian French Ukrainian Belarusian Russian Kazakh
If you would like one of our translators to translate your supporting documents, please contact us by completing this contact form.
