Review of Your Immigration Case
Whether you are applying for a Green Card or U.S. citizenship, requesting an Employment Authorization Document (work permit) or a travel document, many forms you can complete on your own.
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, known as the USCIS, provides instructions for all immigration forms on its website. The instructions explain who is eligible to file each form, how to complete the form, what supporting documents to attach, and where to file the form. You can find them at the official website www.uscis.gov.
You can also watch our video tutorials prepared by an attorney that provide useful information about many immigration procedures.
However, in more complex cases, reading the instructions and watching the tutorials may not be enough.
Therefore, it may be very helpful to have an attorney review your entire case prior to filing it with the USCIS. The attorney can point out inconsistencies, missing information or documentation, which will minimize the risk of denial due to mistakes.
